ALL of our pieces that they are bound in a synthetic waxed braid with comfort & longevity for everyday wear in mind. Adjustable cord so it can be worn higher or lower on the neck as desired. 

Each pendant is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so small variations in colour, shape, and texture are part of what makes them unique.

We happily stand behind the quality of our work, but we don’t offer returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@preciousstonependants.co.nz

We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Please include photos of the damage to help us process your claim quickly.

All our pieces are handcrafted in Nelson, New Zealand, and shipped directly from our small studio.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.

We currently deliver anywhere in New Zealand using NZ Post Tracked Courier.

Typical delivery times are:

• Urban: 1–3 working days
• Rural: 3–5 working days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
