TERMS & DELIVERY

SHIPPING POLICY

All our pieces are handcrafted in Nelson, New Zealand, and shipped directly from our small studio.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.

 

We currently deliver anywhere in New Zealand using  NZ Post Tracked Courier.


Typical delivery times are:

Urban: 1–3 working days

Rural: 3–5 working days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.


Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can’t be responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each pendant is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so small variations in colour, shape, and texture are part of what makes them unique.

 

We happily stand behind the quality of our work, but we don’t offer returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@preciousstonependants.co.nz


We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund once the issue is confirmed.


Please include photos of the damage to help us process your claim quickly.

CUSTOM ORDERS & RESTRINGING

Custom commissions and restringing services are made specifically for you and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.


Before work begins, we’ll confirm:

  • The design details

  • Estimated completion time

  • Final price

Once confirmed, payment indicates your approval of the design and timeframe.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (pay in four interest-free instalments).

All payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments, ensuring your details remain safe and protected.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Once an order has been handed to our courier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please get in touch at info@precioustonependants.co.nz and we’ll assist with a courier claim wherever possible.
